Join Milli every Wednesday for an 50 minute Yoga Flow and sauna session designed to support relaxation, strength, and connection. Through gentle movement, breathwork and hot-cold therapy, each class nurtures nervous system balance and wellbeing. A welcoming space for all people to move, reset and reconnect.
