How we obtain your personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:

• So we may admit you as a user of the sauna
• So we may admit you to yoga classes
• So we may inform you about changes to your membership
• So we may inform you about events

We use the information that you have given us only in order to communicate with you.

We may share this information with  the booking services we use.

We may also share this information with teachers who are taking lessons.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. If you do remove your consent your access to services at taffside sauna will cease.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored electronically.

We keep your information whilst you are a user of our services . If you cease to be a user of our services, we will then dispose of your information by deleting any online copies of your data and deleting any hard copies within 6 months.
